Ingredients
Chamomile – 0.8 oz
Lemon balm – 1.7 oz
Oat straw – 0.8 oz
Lavender – 0.4 oz
Rose bud – 0.8 oz
Spearmint – 1.7 oz
Caraway seed – 0.8 oz
Ginger root – 0.8 oz
Freeze-dried strawberries – 0.2 oz
Freeze-dried blueberries – 0.2 oz
Honey flavor extract, Natural – 0.5%
Directions
Carefully weigh out each herb and add to a large mixing bowl
Add the Natural Honey Flavor Tea Extract making sure to mix thoroughly.
Add in the freeze dried fruits and mix well again.
Store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours to allow the extract to infuse.
Use 2 heaping tsp of Tea mixture with 6-8 oz of water. Steep for 5-6 min or until desired strength.
